My Story: From Anxiety & Trauma to Wholeness

By 17, I was already wrestling with an inner storm—one that didn’t have a name yet.
Anxiety was my constant companion, and invisibility became my safest place.
I wasn’t striving to shine—I was trying not to be seen.
By 22, I found myself navigating marriage, motherhood, and a mountain of expectations—many of which weren’t mine to begin with.
Anxiety and trauma made it hard to speak up, harder still to make nourishing choices.
I was misunderstood, often even by myself.
By 26, I did something I never imagined—I walked away from a toxic marriage.
Not because I was fearless, but because something inside whispered, You deserve more.
More peace. More safety. More truth.
That decision didn't just mark the end of a chapter. It marked the beginning of my healing journey—one that would eventually become my life's work.

Why I Do This Work

I know intimately what it feels like to be trapped in patterns that don't feel like you. To question your worth. To carry stories of pain, silence, and survival from generations before you.
And I also know the quiet, radiant strength it takes to begin again. To say, maybe I am worthy of joy. To rediscover wonder. To allow creativity back into your days like sunlight through a window.
My healing didn't begin in textbooks—it began in stillness, in solitude, in moments of grace. Through therapy, yoga practice, spiritual inquiry, and the raw honesty of self-reflection.
Along the way, I discovered something powerful: true healing doesn't happen on a timeline or through willpower alone.

It needs presence—the willingness to be with yourself, exactly as you are.

It needs connection—to your body's wisdom, your inner truth, and someone who can hold space for all of you.

It needs rhythm—a pace that honors your nervous system, not society's
expectations of how fast you "should" heal.
