A Quest is any immersive, exploratory program designed for real transformation—whether it's a 90-minute workshop, a 1-day seminar, a 3-day bootcamp, an 8-week journey, or a 12-week retreat.

What makes it a Quest is the philosophy: we're not here to fix, problem-solve, or analyze. We're here to explore, seek, and connect—with ourselves, with others, and with what's true for us. A Quest is experiential, reflective, and embodied. You don't just learn concepts; you feel and embody the shift.

2. What's the difference between a Quest and 1:1 therapy?

Quests are group-based, time-limited, immersive programs with structured curriculum and community connection. Great for intensive work on a specific theme with others on a similar journey.
1:1 Therapy is ongoing, personalized, one-on-one work. No fixed end date. For people who want dedicated support for their specific patterns.
You can do both—a Quest for intensive, community-based work, then 1:1 therapy for deeper individual support.

3. Can I do a Quest while in 1:1 therapy?

Yes. Therapy addresses individual patterns. A Quest provides structured, immersive work plus community support. They work beautifully together—one is personalized, one is collective.Yes, all my offerings — 1:1 therapy, Hive community, and many Quests — are fully virtual, so no matter where you are — across India or anywhere in the world — you can access this space. Your healing doesn't need a pin on the map. All you need is a quiet corner and the willingness to show up for yourself.
Some Quests are in-person (when specified), and corporate workshops can be adapted for online or in-person delivery.

4. Are there pricing options or discounts available?

Yes. All Hive members receive discounted pricing on Quests. Some Quests are also offered as free access exclusively for active Hive members. Details on pricing and member benefits are included on each individual Quest landing page.
