Once you enroll, you’ll get an invite to Your Wellbeing Hive — our private online community space. You’ll receive all the joining instructions in your onboarding welcome email. It’s a safe, supportive space to connect, ask questions, and grow together.
The Hive is designed to be flexible, safe and supportive. Course videos may take just 10–20 minutes, while others invite deeper reflection over a few days. Live workshops and quest cohorts may be longer. Recordings will be provided for those who cannot attend. You can go as slow or fast as you like — revisit the content anytime as you grow. Your Wellbeing Hive advocates Healing as a daily rhythm - Ideally you can choose to spend anything between 5 minutes to an hour for your emotional and mental wellbeing.
Everything in the Hive is built on my signature Threefold Wellbeing Blueprint—so you’re not doing “more work” on yourself. You’re learning to weave self-care, emotional clarity, and mindful living into your everyday life. By combining modern psychology, yogic wisdom, and real‑world practices, each lesson, resource and workshop helps you move from theory to embodiment. Your Wellbeing Hive offers a safe community to share, listen, inspire as we heal through connection with self and others.
I’m committed to your healing and satisfaction. So a lot of effort is put to create the resources and keep the space safe and judgment free. Therefore refunds will not be possible given the nature and scope of work. However you may cancel the subscription anytime from your end. The membership will stay active till the current subscription ends.
