Yes, all my offerings — 1:1 therapy, Hive community, and many Quests — are fully virtual, so no matter where you are — across India or anywhere in the world — you can access this space. Your healing doesn't need a pin on the map. All you need is a quiet corner and the willingness to show up for yourself.
Some Quests are in-person (when specified), and corporate workshops can be adapted for online or in-person delivery.
The Hive is community-based healing with daily guidance, weekly huddles, and monthly workshops. Perfect if you want support + community at an accessible price.
Quests are intensive, immersive programs (3 days to 12 weeks) where you work deeply with specific frameworks and embodied practices. Choose a Quest if you want concentrated transformation work.
1:1 Therapy is individualized work for deep, personalized healing. It's premium and limited. Choose this if you prefer one-on-one support or want to go deeper after experiencing community offerings.
You can also combine them — Hive members can join Quests or begin 1:1 therapy as they go deeper.
The Hive is designed to be complementary, not a replacement for therapy. Many members may be already in therapy with me or other practitioners and find that the Hive deepens their work through community, additional perspectives, and daily practices.
Think of it like this: Therapy (1:1) addresses your individual patterns. The Hive provides community support, tools, and the wisdom that comes from being part of a healing collective. Therapy facilitates insights and breakthroughs in healing and the Hive helps you sustain the wellbeing.
