Who I Am & Why This Work Matters

Long before I trained as a therapist, I’d already earned my stripes — as the agony aunt, family fixer, and unofficial emotional sponge. The one everyone turned to.
Early wisdom doesn't come with medals. It comes with wake-up calls.
One cracked me open.
Another changed everything.
I learned that the patterns keeping my family stuck were
my patterns too: self-doubt, people-pleasing, fear-driven
survival. And I learned something crucial:
Healing doesn't happen in isolation.
It happens in reconnection.
That's why I do this work.

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist trained in trauma-informed therapy, ACT, Yogashastra, and Anthroposophic Psychology.

We start with an Insight Call to explore your needs, and if we align, we’ll step into 1:1 sessions that feel more like deep, transformative conversations—with room for both reflection and real change. All at your pace. Always.

3. Do you offer online sessions? What if I’m in a different city or country?

Yes, all my offerings — 1:1 therapy, Hive community, and many Quests — are fully virtual, so no matter where you are — across India or anywhere in the world — you can access this space. Your healing doesn't need a pin on the map. All you need is a quiet corner and the willingness to show up for yourself.
Some Quests are in-person (when specified), and corporate workshops can be adapted for online or in-person delivery.

4. What's the difference between the Hive, Quests, and 1:1 therapy?

The Hive is community-based healing with daily guidance, weekly huddles, and monthly workshops. Perfect if you want support + community at an accessible price.

Quests are intensive, immersive programs (3 days to 12 weeks) where you work deeply with specific frameworks and embodied practices. Choose a Quest if you want concentrated transformation work.

1:1 Therapy is individualized work for deep, personalized healing. It's premium and limited. Choose this if you prefer one-on-one support or want to go deeper after experiencing community offerings.

You can also combine them — Hive members can join Quests or  begin 1:1 therapy as they go deeper.

5. How can I be a member of the Hive alongside my existing therapy?

The Hive is designed to be complementary, not a replacement for therapy. Many members may be already in therapy with me or other practitioners and find that the Hive deepens their work through community, additional perspectives, and daily practices.

Think of it like this: Therapy (1:1) addresses your individual patterns. The Hive provides community support, tools, and the wisdom that comes from being part of a healing collective. Therapy facilitates insights and breakthroughs in healing and the Hive helps you sustain the wellbeing.
They work beautifully together.

6. How do I get started?
